Prices

All the prices shown on this Internet site are correct at the time of last update. Not all items are in stock, the product and price shown is a guide as to what we charge for that product. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this website, no liability can be accepted by our company for errors or omissions.

Title to Goods Supplied

Ownership of goods supplied shall remain with www.motorcycleheaven.co.uk until payment has been received in full.

Shipping And Handling

All orders are sent by insured delivery. We cannot be held liable for any consequential losses, only the value of the lost goods.

Delivery Schedule

We process your order immediately and we'll give you an expected delivery timescale for your order. Some items are sent direct from the manufacturer so we are unable to give an exact delivery date. If you wish to receive your order on a certain date please contact us so we can organize a specific delivery date.

Service Complaints

We promise to deal effectively with any complaints. They should be made to us in the first instance by email to [email protected] . We aim to be fair, confidential and effective. We will acknowledge all complaints within 3 working days and provide you with a likely time-scale to resolve such matters. We also promise to keep you informed about the progress of a complaint. We will use any feedback, regarding a complaint, to identify and improve aspects of our services.

Unwanted Goods (except bespoke or customised items)

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allow you to cancel your contract for a full refund at any time up to 7 working days beginning the day following your receipt of the goods. Notices are deemed to be sent on the day they are posted or sent by e- mail.

Goods shall be returned at your expense.

You are entitled to examine goods to determine whether or not you want to keep them however you have a duty of care to the goods until they are returned. You may be liable for any damage caused by unreasonable use or damage caused in posting if you fail to package them correctly.

I would recommend that you retain the original packaging as the best way of ensuring the goods may be returned safely to us and send them by registered post.

You need not give any reason for returning the goods but any feedback you may wish to provide would be very useful.

Please be aware that the following goods are excluded from the right to cancel:

  • Goods made to bespoke specification or otherwise personalized

  • gift vouchers

Returns after the expiry of the 7 day cooling-off period

I am happy to receive returns of unwanted items up to 30 days from the date of receipt provided they have not been used and are still in their original packaging. Please note you will be required to returm goods at your own expense.
NB : This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning large and/or expensive items

For large and/or expensive items, we may arrange for a courier to collect your purchase. In this event, we will contact you to arrange a collection time that is convenient for you. If there is no error on our part, we will need to deduct the cost of the service from your refund.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Where goods are damaged during delivery or prove to be faulty or misdescribed then I will be happy to arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please contact me to arrange for collection, or alternatively should you wish to return the item please send a copy of the cost of posting so I may reimburse you fully.
